"We are extremely fortunate to have had State Farm as our insurance company, and Ken Caparoni as our agent, for many years now. Ken and his team have taken care of our insurance needs promptly and with courtesy, professionalism and attention to detail at every turn. Specifically, Shilo Geair of Ken's office went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service recently in dealing with a very complex and challenging situation in which our vehicle was stolen and totalled in an accident out of state. Shilo was always immediately available by phone and took the time to go the extra mile in contacting and following up with the adjustor and others in this case on our behalf. The situation was very stressful to us on a personal level, and Shilo handled everything for us with remarkable style and grace, addressing our concerns and ushering the case to a timely and successful conclusion.
